What We're Looking For
An Electrical Engineer who will assist the assigned departments by performing engineering-related tasks including research, development, calculations, design and delivery on assigned project(s).
Primary Focus Will Include:
Support senior electrical engineer(s) with design tasks related to Stations and Facilities projects. Tasks will be focused around, drafting, quantity takeoffs, engineering calculations, field visits, and construction related services.
Performing field visits to validate as-built conditions, evaluate and assess viable design solutions, and to perform engineer inspections for on-going construction activities.
Performing lighting analysis via AGi32 software for interior and exterior designs.
Electrical Engineer I
Primarily responsible for learning practical application of electrical engineering principles.
Performing drafting in preparing design drawings.
Develop material and construction specifications and quantity estimates.
Perform field inspections and reporting
Participate in collection and analysis of data and preparation of satisfactory designs.
Conduct investigative analyses toward completion of assigned design tasks, and direct preparation of design drawings and/or specifications.
Perform design calculations.
Check calculations and drawings.
Perform specific short term design applications.
Organize scheduling of specific tasks and assignments.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Engineering
What You'll Need
Contributes to the preparation or modification of reports, plans and designs for projects.
Assists in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
1 year relevant experience
